📋 Information we collect

• Staff identity — name, email address, and role at the club.
• Shift & earnings data — clock-in/clock-out times and associated earnings.
• Floor notes — catches and kudos left by staff, including short voice clips that are transcribed to text.
• Walkie messages — short staff-to-staff messages sent within the app.
• Push tokens — the device token needed to deliver push notifications.

🔧 How we use it

• For internal studio operations only — scheduling, coordination, and communication among staff.
• Data is stored on the club's own backend (Fly.io with a PostgreSQL database).
• Notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service.
• Voice clips are transcribed via a speech-to-text service (ElevenLabs / OpenAI Whisper) and are not retained beyond that transcription purpose.

🔒 What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

👥 Access

• Access is limited to authenticated The Recording Club staff.
• The app is invite-only and not available to the public.
